Text Message Terms

TPNI sends event and webinar notifications, registration reminders and product announcements to business contacts who have explicitly opted in to text messages — either through the opt-in form at tpni.com/sms-opt-in or during registration for an event operated by The Pulse Network. Every message relates to an event, a webinar or a product update the recipient signed up for.

You join by ticking the SMS opt-in checkbox on one of those forms. The checkbox is never pre-ticked, it is never combined with consent to receive email, and agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of registering for an event or of buying anything from TPNI. We record your consent with a timestamp and its source. We do not buy, rent or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties for this program.

Message frequency varies.

TPNI does not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Reply STOP to any message to be removed from the program. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.

You will receive one confirmation and no further messages:

“You are unsubscribed from TPNI texts and will receive no further messages. Reply HELP for help.”

To rejoin later, reply START or UNSTOP, or use the opt-in form again.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message. You will receive:

“TPNI event & marketing texts. Msg&data rates may apply. Support: customerservice@tpni.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and on factors outside TPNI’s control.

Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for this program are not shared with or sold to third parties. We use them only to send the messages described above and to honour your opt-out. Our full Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information generally.

The program is available on participating carriers in the United States. You must be the account holder of, or have permission to use, the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old.
